AI Goddesses Host Agreement

By submitting the host form you confirm you have read and agree to the following:

Your Role

• Hosting is a voluntary, unpaid role

• Events are always free for participants

• Your role is to facilitate the AI Goddesses activity

• You are responsible for upholding the AI Goddesses spirit in your local chapter

• AI Goddesses events are only for women, and those who identify as women, who respect the core values of the AI Goddesses community. As a host, you are responsible for upholding this standard at your local chapter

Your Commitment

• Host meetups weekly or at least twice a month

• Follow the AI Goddesses activity guidelines for every meetup

• Use only the activities and materials provided by AI Goddesses

• Keep your local community informed by posting events on social media and in your local AI Goddesses WhatsApp group

• Update your community promptly if there are any delays or cancellations

Promotion

• You are responsible for promoting your own events

• All promotion must use the official AI Goddesses name, logo, and approved materials

• You may add your own content, but must notify and receive approval before publishing anything new to ensure brand alignment

Community & Brand Ownership

• Your chapter is part of the AI Goddesses community, which is owned and operated by Fey Pelleg (AI with Fey)

• Hosting does not grant you ownership, partnership, or any financial interest in AI Goddesses or AI with Fey

• The AI Goddesses name, logo, activities, and learning materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Fey Pelleg, also operating as AI with Fey

• Upon ending your hosting role, you must immediately stop using the AI Goddesses name, logo, and all associated materials for events or products (paid or unpaid)

• The AI Goddesses activities and learning materials are available for use beyond hosting through a simple agreement. Whether you are an individual, educator, or business, if you would like to run sessions or workshops using our materials, we would love to hear from you. Reach out to Fey directly at host@aiwithfey.com to discuss what works for both sides

Privacy & Safety

• Handle your community members' personal information with care and never share it without consent

• Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment at every event

• Let participants know that group photo from meetup may be used on the AI Goddesses website and social media and they can share their social if they want to be tagged

• For any other content from the meetup, including videos, individual photos, or member creations, please get participant consent first, for example by sending a poll in the WhatsApp group asking who is happy to have their content shared

Ending the Hosting Role

• AI Goddesses reserves the right to end a hosting arrangement at any time and for any reason

• If you decide to stop hosting, we ask for as much notice as possible and appreciate your help finding or supporting a replacement from your local community

• We understand life is unexpected. Your only firm responsibility when stepping down is to cancel or update any upcoming events so there is no confusion for your community

General

• AI Goddesses reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time

• There may be more than one chapter in your city or area, including chapters in different languages

• This agreement does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship of any kind
